And so I'll add a couple of FA77 shots to mark the occasion that I took over the weeked

Thanks Bruce! And comments likes yours aren't helping my LBA for the 31...

If the 31 is even more so like I find the 77 to be, man, I want one... my only gripe with the 77 so far is the fringing in harsh light, otherwise they are just amazing. Not sure why the 43 doesn't get as much love, but the shots I've seen from them can be special too... maybe it's just the focal length that people find inconvenient? I keep hearing Ricoh is working on a refresh... if they just keep everything the same, especially the size, new coatings and kill the CA fringing,
I think I'm good to go. Im afraid asking for a new AF motor instead of screw drive will make them into pricy behemoths like the latest stuff is trending... I'd pass on that.

Oh, and about FA 43. It is actually really nice lens. So different from all of limiteds. Super sharp too. FA 31 has so different rendering. As does FA 77. My favourites now are 31 and 43.
