Beautiful! But, with that lens and that subject, it must be hard to take a bad photo ;~)
Absolutely! I have it easy with that combination

Wow, thank you for your comments. It's always interesting and fun to see which of your pictures people like most. Especially coming from the photogs on this forum.

This lens really is magic. I'm sure I'd love the DA70 as well but I can't recommend the 77 enough.

1/100; f/2.5; ISO 800
Such a gorgeous shot (well you have a beautiful model)

I like that second one wired.

Had to do quite a bit of work on this one, lots of flare and shadows to pull:

FA43

I must say I find the fa43 a funny lens, what I mean is that I will take a bunch of photos and think I will prefer the shots from other lenses (like the 77) but almost always end up picking fa43 shots, it really is a great lens in a tiny package (with the only flaw being the occasionally busy bokeh, which can sometimes even be positive).

Thanks!

just for fun: its amazing what the K-5 RAW can do, im still learning the PP but the amount of data in the files (especially at iso 80) blows me away every time. Especially what I can often get out of a file AFTER my skills in LR are exhausted using a few filters in ColorEfex

the finished product (as far as my skills can take me..) after LR->Colour Efex Pro

then the raw, and the file after I finished in LR3.6
EDIT: (hmm the IQ of the files are degrading when I upload them vs flickr, hmm not sure whats going on there. Anyways you get the point)

/threadjack

raw then the shot after LR

Nice shot! It's like the Lightning is beckoning the Pylon to come and catch it.
