There's some lovely photo opportunities down Noelpolar's way.

Firstly, from the same historical train service as Noelpolar's FA31 shots of the big green loco, but with a FA77 and a small diesel-electric (K-x):

and the Yard Limit sign which was just behind me as I took the above shot (also FA77 and K-x).

And a few miles away (over at Deep Creek Conservation Park if you were wondering Noel), an Aussie native banksia, shot with a FA31 (K-3):

and from a tripod as the sun set (also the FA31 and K-3). For the curious, the thin sliver of land at top left is Kangaroo Island.

Thanks yes.. Every year that scale tips more and more in her favor, and she is only 15.. I think my better shots from this little outing happened with the 43 on film.. We'll see at some point if I ever finish this roll!

Great captures, todd !!! My oldest daughter is 13 (then 8 & 6). I really like all your family shots ... and look forward to seeing that film being developed. Salut, J

A FA 31 landscape at F19, 1/20, ISO 80...

Of interest (maybe?)…here is it straight out of the camera (I used Aperture, Topaz Clarity and DXO Filmpack to process…only a few minutes processing). K5II has amazing detail in the shadows!
