Nearly sold my FA43 this week (LBA struck over the 85/1.4)....... but I dunno, I saw a few shots (thanks jschoonj) that persuaded me otherwise.

Here's one from me that I found while looking through my Lightroom for unprocessed FA43 shots while dithering!

Decided to have a prime walk yesterday.

I took a lot of wide open shots but here is a stopped down FA43 handheld Pano (I realise this is a slightly eccentric approach to capturing this shot, but hey, widest lens I had with me was 43mm so why not?).

It's three vertical horizontal shots plus an additional focus stack for sharpness in the middle. All 3 x exposure bracketed. Making the most of slightly dull conditions here (as usual the blue skies clouded over within 5 minutes of leaving home!).

Really enjoyed grabbing a few prime shots for once, and of course, LBA has me eyeing up the current 'slightly better' prices on FA31.

Throwback Thursday - Winterfest 2019

This years Winterfest would likely have been on this coming weekend, alas Covid-19 has seen the death of that... there's always next year!
Here we see 'Djinndalah, Jungle Queen' looking ever so pleased to being photographed! Eek! Time to run!
