sorry about the pet picture but this is a quick snapshot with the 31mm and it turned out nicely. first thing my brother said about this picture was 'wow its so 3d'. i love the way this lens renders everything.

Ditto.

And since that response is not long enough, here are two from the last week with the FA77. This has become my walk-around lens. This time up: architectural elements.

Robin, I just love this shot! I would have attempted to convert it to B&W, but I think it works lots better in color...somehow it seems even more minimalist.

Thanks! I was applying for a job and noticed this rooftop out the window. I didn't get the job, but got the shot. As usual!

I like the tonality and textures and think something would be lost in mono.

I have arrived!

Got my 77mm Limited in the mail today.

Number 1 "Hey doggies, wanna go for a ride in the car?" *snap*

Number 2 is a a very sad dog with nasty skin that my GF (the vet) wanted me to photo. Link to fullsize below where you can see it's actually a self portrait in the dog's eye.

Fullsize: http://pictures.1337it.com/FullSize/IMGP7018.jpg

and Number 3.. Rainbows on the way home. Full size below again. I was blow away by the leaves, then I saw the individual rain drops. Boom! Nothing I've ever shot with has been this sharp.

Sorry for posting several (probably crappy) pictures, but this lens is blowing my mind.

Tickets

I like the feel of lonliness in this shot. Taken with the 43. I think what really makes this shot is the faint reflection what appears to be the ticket taker in the window.

good one Jay, but even tho I'm less than 6 miles from the stadium, I'm actually a Boston Sox fan. Have been since the days of Fisk, Rice and Yaz.

Oh, my! I've got some of these lenses but nothing I've done with them comes close to these shots. I'd better get my butt in gear.
