Well, now you really got me going cbaytan:-). I don't need to post any 43 Limited pics to show it's resolution capabilities, there are some great examples right here on this page, already. I think you've good naturedly got this going anyway:-). I've read to many of your well reasoned posts to believe you actually think the 31 Limited is a mediocre lens. I think all the Limited lenses stand on their own. It's kinda funny to compare the 43's resolution to the 77 or to the 31's. Or even to the DA Limiteds. What difference does it make if the 43's resolution is a bit more or less than the 77's? What other 43mm lens compares to it? It's unique. It has it's own personality and it's no slouch. It holds it's own with it's 31mm and 77mm brothers. And with the DA Limiteds.
Shoot, I gotta post one pic taken with it at f/6.7.

Just a quick query... Can a lens ever be *too* sharp?

Here's a shot @ F5.6 with my 77 Limited on the K200D and it's so sharp it almost hurts my brain. Subjects look photoshopped in.

If you're unconvinced by the small JPG, here's a link to the full size and of course the RAW is sharper again.

I have three shots in my Pentaxium thread, all with the FA43. Here is my favourite.

I was not using the 31mm Limited very much, so I decided to go out and use it for one last time before I sell it. Then, I think I changed my mind.

Should I keep it? What do you think?
