OK Let's try another pic, also from the 90mm F2.5 macro.

Use the url of the actual image, not of the flickr page -- in this case the "farm4.staticflickr" address. Test the url by pasting in your address bar -- you should see the image, and ONLY the image and the address in the bar should end with .jpg or other image file extension. If you do it right, the image will show up in the post preview even before you submit the post...

Tamron 90mm F2.5 macro

Like this?

Thanks for your help vonBaloney. I had assumed that I would be able to take the like from the Flickr 'share' button, paste it into the 'Insert image' pop-up and that would be that. Not so simple!

Now then, I'm assuming flickr doesn't mind such "hot-linking" (many sites do mind) since their whole purpose is to serve images, but in other cases the best practice would be to upload the image here as an attachment so it didn't have to link to a third-party server...

Still trying to get this done properly. I gather that Flickr requires a link back to the Flickr page, so let's try this...

My Tamron Adaptall Blog Article

Hey all, as an Adaptall user for the past 5 years, I have decided to write a personal review of the lenses I own/owned as well as some videos, tips and photos I have taken with the lenses.

Here's my article and I do hope it helps someone here.

The Malaysian Technographer: My Bonanza Tamron Adaptall Lens Review and Resources!

Do comment on my blog if you have anything to add. Thanks!

Nice blog Joshua, your reviews look very good.

Only quick point: pages were a bit slow to load for me, I note your pics are all pretty large (500k, 700k...) I think you could reduce these file sizes a lot for web pics..

I was pleasantly surprised by the 70-150/3.5 (20A) a week or so ago. I was shooting with the new K-3 and expected the old zoom to flounder, but such was not the case...
