My wife and I went to the beach to watch the sunset today. I talked her into using my old K5 with no battery grip and the FA 28-70/4 attached, since it's lightweight enough not to bother her wrists.

Here are a few of the ones she came up with (I did the post-processing. Some are cropped somewhat heavily since she didn't have a longer lens.)

I wish I'd taken this one (granted, this is one of the heavily cropped ones - if only she'd had my 50-135 or 60-250 on!)

Saw this in my backyard, shot it with my FA28 and the DFA 100 f2.8 WR. Had much more trouble balancing the exposure in PP in Silkypix 6.0 with this lens than with the 100mm (which is posted in the DFA WR Club forum). Still not satisfied.

Still, I liked finding this in my garden-to-be.

Bad lens selection, since FA35 is prone to flare.

Rob, lovely shots - but I don't think your scans are showing them at their best... do you scan yourself?

Yeah still getting to grips with this Plustek 8100, commercial scans that i've had before are a lot cleaner (dust) but tend to be a bit flat.
