Here's my most-viewed picture ever (since it got explored on Flickr), a shot with the DA35 Macro Ltd from two months ago. I just love how SR on the K-5 made it possible for me to shoot this handheld:

Even a rather ordinary neighbourhood shot benefits from the touch of the DA 21 Ltd...

After a recent snow storm here, I accidentally took shots of the same scene with the 15mm Ltd and the 21mm Ltd. Only PP was cropping to eliminate distractions from the 15mm shot. Interesting comparison, I think. Already posted today in a response on "Reply to thread 'Focal length vs Mpx: K-5IIs + DA21 or K-3 + DA15 and crop?"

These were all taken with the 35mm. The first is very close to minimum focus distance.

Roses for your significant other whenever you slip a Limited in the door? Genius.

At any rate, a great first lap with a lens that is next up on my own personal "road map"--I'll definitely look forward to seeing how it does if you use it for landscape...some of the reviews I've read have noted a lack of sharpness at infinity, while others seem to have tack-sharp copies.

A couple of 15 limited panoramas.
Wow! How many images are these stitched from? I haven't thought of using the DA15 for panoramas, but I guess the distortion is well controlled so that might actually work well.

Lack of sharpness at infinity is due to focus, which is very sensitive. A bit of focus adjustment will cure it. The 35mm ltd is a superb landscape lens.

Thanks for the feedback--I've been working my way through the reviews and have seen a lot of nice captures. Since I'm "blessed" with middle-aged eyes these days, the lens might be one where a loupe might come in handy, especially if I'm tempted to do a lot of manual focus pano work (which seems to be a nice application for this focal length.)
