Hi All
I am looking for a little help regarding the 15mm non HD! I have and love the 70mm and the 21mm however I am the lucky owner of the sigma 12-24 FF using on a K3. The image quality is brilliant but the LTDs just give something else! should I buy a 15mm and be done with the 12-24 or will i regret the move?

I've been wondering the same thing except in my case its the Sigma 10 - 20mm, great lens and very versatile but so big.

I have no experience of the 12-24 Sigma but I'd say the only reason to add a DA 15mm would be size. The DA 21mm and 70mm have better overall IQ than the 15mm so with regard to image quality I'm not sure how much you'd gain by getting the 15mm.

I own the DA 15 and the Sigma 12-24. The 12-24 does so well on the K3 because it crops out the full frame corners of the Sigma. The corners on the 12-24 on the K-1 is it's weakest point. The main things you will gain with the DA 15 is extreme flare resistance, warmer color rendering, quick shift focus, and of course much smaller size. My DA 21 has better corners than the my DA 15, but the 15 can get shots the 21 can not get without stitching. Whether you would regret the purchase I can not say. I got the 12-24 for the K-1. I would probably look through my shots with the 12-24 and see how many are around 15mm.
