For lenses with normal to short telephoto focal lengths, the Raynox 250 works better than the 150. You do lose working distance though in exchange for the higher magnification.

Ive joined the club with a 250. Goes really well with the 55-300 even if I'm still learning the macro ropes.
This is a small Cactus Plant in flower that I found while walking around the hills.

Very nice Mike!

Love what this little add on lense does for the money. I don't feel the need to get a proper macro lense at the moment (not that I have the budget anyway).

Some incredible shots here.

Has anyone tested the Raynox (both versions) with either a SMC M 100mm Macro f4 or a SMC F 35-70 f3.5 ?

Would love some example shots and tips on those two.
