Peter ... good to see you have kept the K50/1.2

You would have regretted selling it ... lucky i didn't have the funds to purchase it off you.

Another one from the Cosina

I credit MikeSF for infecting me with LBA for this lens! I love the way it can transform even ordinary shots. (And today I should be receiving my Raynox! )

Who hasn't been infected by Jay ... here's a lens pusher of the worst kind. You just can't resist.

Not sure why I like this shot, but I do

edit: a couple more... this time from the airport:

(for this shot, it got really washed out from the stray light. I need to find a way to undent the filter ring and find a hood...)

Cosina with Raynox

Wow this Raynox might be useful with the D-FA 100 WR, too! Reeeally makes the DOF shallow though. Here's one at f1.2, the Cosina with Raynox 150- talk about razor thin! (Hmm, not sure I like the spiderweb...)

i recently bought this lens, but as with many of my manual lenses i cant really focus well... i read somewhere that i can add a focus matte with a divided line aka old school analog camera lenses, for my k20d... and i also read that some of these mattes makes metering fail... what can i do to help me focus better? is it dangerous to add a focus matte? thanks!

Focus Screens

GYBP, check out this thread, everything you need to know:
https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/pentax-camera-field-accessories/77151-foc...n-reviews.html
I use the K-3 split screen with microprism collar, from www.focusingscreen.com, along with the Pentax O-ME53 magnifying eyepiece. Installation is not difficult at all.

You might want to check out this thread, too, as supplementary information:
https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/pentax-slr-lens-discussion/105669-front-f...al-lenses.html
Good luck!

A question for you f1.2 owners, how these lens perform with an 1.4/1.5 TC?

I was wondering how would look like, for example, a porst 55 f1.2 + a 1.5 TC...would it be too much thinking it could be nice 82.5 f1.8?
