Thanks, im not a portrait guy (personally I hate them) but we were just screwing around

I've got a bokeh panorama that actually "worked" im finishing right now The composition sucks and the framing is not very good but its still an accomplishment that im pleased with.

edit:

here's a SOC shot, one of the 18 used

Nice pano, yeatzee. I have had it in my mind to try a bokeh panorama with my Cosina 55/1.2 for quite a while now, but haven't gotten around to it. I suspect it will turn out weird, because of the funky bokeh shapes and coma around the periphery of each frame that comes naturally with that lens.

Another Bokeh panorama, this time 13 images @ F/1.2 and from a further distance from the infocus subject. Im going to try my F 135mm @ F/2.8 next and see if that works better with less distortion (and maybe more bokeh?). Im also going to start shooting inanimate ones from a far corner of the completed image (i.e. where the top right *will be*) so my images are wide enough and capture enough detail. In the one below I had to crop out a lot that I could not clone back in from not lining up the images properly. (can be very finicky of a process)

Oh, that's better IMO than on APS-C: looks sharper and more pop out

Razor blade thin deep of field, I love it.
