SIGMA 10-20mm CLUB

I have seen some near magic done with this lens, and would like to start a thread in which some of it could be captured. Seeing great shots can help me to take better ones. Here are 2 I took with the lens: 1st one @ 10mm, f8, 30 secs, ISO 100; 2nd one @ 20mm, f11, 1/2 sec ISO 100.

I don't take great photos, not even good photos, but I want to play. Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6

Thank you
Russell

Really? When I search my vocabulary for a word to best describe the 2nd & 3rd shots you have I come up with awesome. So I guess you are right, you do not take good or great photos. Please, keep playing!

I'll play

Now this club can be interesting. Many people say 10-20 is soft and blah, blah, blah...
I love mine, one of my favorite lenses, and it's my 3rd most used lens overall (after DA40 & FA31), and no, it's NOT SOFT.
Anyway, here is a few shots (probably more will come later as I have a lot).

OK, so these are just from Egypt holiday, shots from London and other trips will come later.

I just won the bidding for one of these lenses on ebay. Your photos are making me even more eager to receive the lens and try it out.

I rarely use this lens, but the perspective is spectacular indeed. These two were posted before

A new one (straight from camera, just opened in LR for cropping, iso2500 K-7)

Thanks for this thread. Could you guys specify whether you were using the f4 or the f3.5 versions? Thanks!

I'm not as sophisticated as the above photographers, but feel compelled to submit something for this great lens. F4 version. Hope you enjoy

I'm not at home at the moment but i believe this was 10 or 11mm and the white picket fence on the left and right sides was at a 90 angle where i stood.

The next Bridge image was taken at the 20mm FL, its been printed and sold at 12" x 36" length

stairwell was taken at 10,11, 12mm, can't quite remember :-)

Thanks for the thread, love the 10-20
