The new DA15 went out for its for first hiking trip last week. And it was amazing. It's also very strange being that close to something you are taking a picture of. But it didn't take long to get the hang of it. I still have at least one bridge photo but that will have to wait until I've processed it.
It will never be my primary landscape lens but there are times when you need a wide angle for landscapes.
The reason that I got the lens because there are times that you can't back up anymore. This was cropped a little but it would have been a tight fit with the DA21.
I've struggled a long time taking photos in forests. And this is where I loved it.
Of course it does great at sunset.
