I have to admire you. Walking on snow with a DSLR is almost beyond me. Taking one skying would be a definite invitation to disaster.

Great stuff Matt

The end of a 12 mile wander over Glaramara and others in the Lake District. In cloud almost the entire time. As we started down it began to lift. By the time we got to the car there was some beautiful light on the tops. Typical of the last few months.

Thanks but these cameras are tougher than you are giving them credit for. I took my K-x on countless bike and ski adventures in all kinds of weather for two years and it's still going strong. I recently got a K-5 just for the extra toughness and don't expect any trouble from it in the elements either!

Mark - great shot!

The Olympus 12mm m4/3 lens *was* controlling my mind, but this thread caused some aggressive LBA. I picked up the lens and a K-01 last week and loving the combination.

Simon, the tones on this are bold and delicious. (Not sure about the trim, though).
