Thanks Mike! I wish I could learn to do landscapes like you do; they're always such works of art.

Thanks!

Here's one from my "archives" (yes, i guess i have archives now ), it's from last July. I found it again the other day. I played around a bit with it in Lightroom and started liking it.

Yes agree with that. Amazing sky, excellent shot. I would even crop off the bottom almost up to the edge of the reeds .. just to emphasise the sky even more.

I haven't had the opportunituy to use the 15 as much recently (you don't when you're birding most of the time) But on my last birding trip I found this dilapidated property and whipped the 15 out (it's always with me) !

Thanks Dave. It is isn't it. There isn't anywhere I go that I don't have the 15 tucked away with me somewhere in a zipped pocket or a bag.

Thanks! Here's some info about those clouds, if someone happens to be interested: Noctilucent cloud - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And true, seems impossible to go outside without the 15. Maybe because it's so small and pretty awesome.

Spooky.... I read about those fascinating clouds for the first time on a lengthy plane flight just this morning is this book.

I had my K-7 & only a DA15 with me too, hoping to get some aerial shots of the desert/outback over central Australia.
Disappointed in the results it was pretty hazy and it's quite difficult not to get any "vignetting" due to the small plane windows with DA15.

Another DA15 shot got published! This one for Outside Magazine's web site.
No money, but hopefully some good exposure (and I am getting busier).

Congrats. that's a pretty cool shot. I've been concentrating most of my photography on the single lens challenge (DA15 in Feb, Tak105 in March and K35f3.5 in April) so others have been neglected. But I went for a drive this weekend and found bridges, temples and Buddha's. And all of these are better with a wide angle.
