I am by no means an expert but I use B+W filters and am happy with them! They seem to be a good middleground between cheap/crap and expensive/overpriced

I have a polarizer but I never use it. The only filter I use much on the 15 is a B+W ND 3.0 10 stop filter. It doesn't really need a filter 99% of the time IMO.

Some FA15/K-5II shots from this summer's trip to Scotland:

Balquhidder, f/9.5, 1/250, ISO 100

Falls of Foyers, f/9.5, 1/125, ISO 280 (subtly but highly post-processed)

The Wylde Swan, Ullapool harbour, f/11, 1/350, ISO 80 (post-processed to bring out shadow details while retaining the highlights, slightly cropped)

B&W is actually very good. But, in the case of filters, it`s the size that matters. A 49mm filter isn`t really expensive, I believe my B&W ND110 was just €40 (I also have a 77mm slim pola from B&W and that was well over €100...)

Shot with the DA15ltd and the B&W ND110:
