518 pages of discussion, it is evident that 15mm is exciting lens, a little question about his rival the DA 14mm F2.8 [ID] why it is more expensive. ?
in other words, what do you think about this 14mm f2.8 .

I think the question is what you are more interested in. The DA 15 is a stop slower than the DA 14, is a smaller lens and is quite a bit more flare resistant. If you need a lens to use in low light settings, the DA 14 is going to be better. If you want a lens to take landscape photos, stopped down than I would prefer the DA 15.

Just my 2 cents.

Thank you both. I guess probably scenery around here is pretty much the same and I process them the way I like. The DA 15 helps -- you don't have to have sun bursts/star bursts for it to shine.

Love that lake and mist shot! We lost liquid water up north about a week ago and I miss it.
