I was interested to note that of the eight photographs I selected, six were taken with my trusty DA15 Limited. It hasn't been used for 75% of my pictures, so maybe it was the mind control that helped me in my selection?
Or maybe you are just better than you give yourself credit for? Nice shots.

Two years I thought about buying a DA15. Now I did it last weekend. Had the chance to get SMC or HD version for nearly the same price. Decided to take the HD version. Here are some of my first images:

Close up of my "SMC 1.7/50 - stacked with uv filter 49 step up 62 and 62 lens hood". By the way works fine on APS-C.

Fun: Step up 62 and lens hood on DA15 - "Spot on Feet and Guitar - 2s/f8 handheld"

Sharpness: "Bongos flat" - border to border ok for me, at least in sizes I usually look at my images

Colors: "Passage restricted" - nice

Stars: "Starfield on pond" and "Star in Tree" - fine, stars not too much articulated

Perspective: "Abstract field" - Black & White

As always raw files developed in C1 Pro. Some with local adjustments and a little bit cut, few sharpening.

Some before and after the storm shots with the DA15, colors got really crazy at sunset. Was that flare on the first shot?

Looks like flare -- probably had some dust or a drop of water on the front element.

Looks like a drop of water refracting light on the front element. Nice series!
