I think they're waiting for warmer weather - it's January. Although, on sunny afternoons you occasionally see one or two men wearing a sweater, hat and shoes - but no pants.

In cold weather you'd think they could still get about, with nothing but perhaps one sock each.

What is this cold weather you are talking about? It is 88F here in New Zealand today. Stunning day - the only problem is my vacation is over and I am back at work .

Southern Hemisphere = summer = where it is at.....

Great job with the 15mm in those two images, Selman. What sort of post processing do you do to get such sharp images and rich colors?

Awesome photos of the Niva in its natural habitat.

This is an awesome thread and it really has turned up my interest in finding an SMC 15mm Limited. If the HD was rebuilt to be weather resistant I'd put up with the slightly less awesome starburst, but they didn't do that, so I'm not.

Thanks, I am shooting raw and processing Adobe Photoshop. You can watch the video tutorial below.it works very similar my processsing style. The language is Turkish, but I do not think it would be a problem. The only point we will be careful, he is pressing option key until seeing the first white point and seeing first the black point "white(beyazlar) and black (siyahlar).
