That is because I did not remove them. If so, you donīt see them anymore.

I'm lost by the logic of this syntax...

Apologize. Not my native language.

P.S.: I did not (!) remove them.

None needed. I just am not sure what you were trying to say. The fault is mine I'm sure since your English is better than any language I speak otherwise.

What I could not understand was if you were saying you tried to remove them in the next example and it worked or that you hadn't tried to remove them so they were there.

Fantastic. An image the 15mm was made for. Beautiful.
Thank you, much appreciated!

2 frames high by 7 wide?
No, one row of 14 frames with generous overlap (makes stitching easier). The FOV of the DA 15 was easily wide enough, I actually cropped quite a bit on the bottom edge.

Ah OK - that makes more sense to me. I was a bit lost trying to reconcile the shape of the final with the number of frames and took a bad guess.

I really like it too. I think it's the balance of the lighting that does it, amongst other things, obviously.

Thanks for the kind words. But really it's merely a happy conjunction of right time, right place, right lens.

Another one from Swiftcurrent Lake:

Hi all, I've been a fan of this thread for a long time but never had a chance to contribute. I've bought and sold this lens twice before, and each time I regretted it. I eventually picked up another SMC version and finally got the chance to reacquaint myself with it last month in Toronto. Here are a few pics from my trip.

One question I have: I've noticed that sometimes the lens provides a very clean starburst, but other times the starburst is a little sloppy, such as in the first and fourth pictures below. Does anyone know whether this is an issue with my lens or is this normal behavior for the 15mm?
