More light painting from last weekend. The first one was me making a light orb with a levitation wand. The second is one of my kids walking through while waving a different light wand. I wasn't sure about the second one, as it was a very poor exposure at first. After tweaking it to get that over saturated graffiti effect, it's growing on me.

I can definitely see that 3d graffiti look in the second one!

Here's something different - a stitched pano from 8 images with the HD-DA 15 Ltd and KP. (Processed in DxO PL4 and merged with Microsoft ICE) This is Mountain Ash (Eucalytus regnans) forest in the Strzelecki ranges in south eastern Victoria.

I purchased one. It wasn't primarily purchased to produce goofy dog shots, although I'm liking the fun perspective shifts you can get with it. One I'll have to slowly learn how to use.
Beautiful dog shot. Deeply sad eyes rendered very well in black and white. I think color would ruin this. Good choices.

This photo really does a great job of conveying a sense of motion without blurring, with the way the buildings and the street sweep across horizontally, the freezing of the kid on a bike while moving and the long, straight lines of the train emerging from behind the station house and projecting across most, but not all of the street. The vertical cropping helps too.

One of my favorites

Hello to all,
after many threads and reviews I am now also the proud owner of this great lens, it is certainly not an "always on" but a super specialist. Colors and contrast are great, you really don't need a polarizing filter anymore. Hyperfocally focused the sharpness hits everywhere IMO. It forces you to train your photographic skills and opens up new perspectives! This makes it really fun; like the most fixed focal length.

In the same vein as Des, a vertical tree shot. First lens I've had which is capable of this, in fact it's quite a versatile and forgiving lens, I absolutely love it

Went out on the town a few weekends ago to see what I could get at night. Only got a couple of photos that were usable, including this one. It's the home office of Schreiber Foods in Green Bay, and the corner office lighting cycles through a rainbow of colors at night. I liked this combination the best.
