This lens does grab you from the first shot.

Wife had to get sunglasses fixed, then we went to pick up some supper.

Good excuse to wander parking lots with the ever-present DA 15ltd!

.

(bonus question - what food joint is that? )

The 15mm is small enough to bring along and wide enough to get the shot.

jsherman,
Next time Pentax announced a lens, they should give you one a month before it hits the shops. How many DA 15s, DA 35s and FA 77s do you think you've sold? :P

I can honestly say that I had no intention of buying a DA 15.

In large part due to this thread, I now have one on my Kx at this very moment.

It's a pretty lens that renders some great photos. I picked one up to send to another forum member, and every ounce of of my will power was needed to keep me from mounting it on my K20 and taking it out for a test drive. :P

Just passing on the disease. It was here when I arrived.

K-x and DA 15 is just such a tasty sounding combo - one of the smallest WA combos you can get in digital that has that level of IQ.

Yes, yet more resounding proof of the dangers accompanying LBA. Careful J, in a court of law you may be held liable.

Just when I think I have the LBA under control I start looking at this thread. There are some great photos here! I keep telling myself that it is too wide, but it obviously isn't - at least in the right hands.
