tried something new... used the DA 15 for a countdown party







I realise you can get the starbursts at f/6.3 onwards!

Oh wow... beautiful! I have been participating in the Single in January challenge with my 55-300, as far as I can get from my DA15 and I am going through serious withdrawal.

That is an understatement--great shot. What is the EXIF if I may ask? Are those accurate colors in the sky, or did you PP to taste? Tx.

The exposure was f16, ISO200, 13 seconds (with polariser).

Such is the awesome power of the DA15, the photo straight out of the camera looked like this, I had to tone them down in PP



Ha Ha, I'm kidding of course. I didn't add any colours that weren't already there, the only "Special" processing done was selective boosting of colours using Nik's Viveza.

Hey twitch - with the DA15, have you found any problems with using a polarizer on it with such a wide view? IE uneven colour boosting in skies and whatnot. Thanks!
