A couple from my time out enjoying this lens yesterday...

I have some more of this one that are more dialed in framing wise but processed this one first because I liked the exposure and the rest aren't this bright/overexposed.. It was challenging because I had to set the camera at an angle on the floor to get it all... :-)

So my search begins as to what lens can provide similar optics to the DA 15 Ltd on a Nikon mount.. I would even use a DA 15 Adapted if it had an aperture ring... ahh well..
The Nikkor 20mm f/2.8D is the answer..its around the same price of the DA15 and its a stop faster and sharper, FOV/DOF on a FF is equal to a 13mm f/1.8 on APS-C!

Its screw-drive AF is queiter too.

Went downtown again and got a few nice shots. All handheld because I was on the move. No time (or energy) to carry a tripod.

These have some basic raw touchups (a little fill light and such). Then processed with a few filters in Topaz Adjust (and tweaked opacity to make them more subtle). Then manually converted to b&w in PS with my own action.

A bit out of focus but it works when viewed small

sharper and in color

loved the lighting in this one
