Mind if share the software for editing HDR?
Anyone has good suggestion?

Want something automatics, easy, and free.
both jpg or raw are fine.
I am using CS4 but results are not good.

Just CS5 and a bracketing of 5 shots with 1.3EV spacing, that`s all. I`ve used photomatix in the past but CS5 gives more natural results.

Thanks but I love the snow. The more the merrier as far as I'm concerned! I just thought the viewers might get tired of the subject matter (unlike me!).

You guys can keep your snow. It's pretty and everything but Taiwan does not want it. Here is a bridge project that has been going on forever. 3.5 years ago Taiwan was hit by a devastating typhoon and up to a meter of rain was falling every 24 hours. Last February the piers had been completed and they have spent an entire year laying the deck of the bridge.

A metre in 24 hours is pretty unbelievable - i'd hate to be living anywhere where the water was flowing.
I guess that was Typhoon Morakot then, sounds bad.

Yes, it was Morakot. That happened 3 months before I moved to Taiwan and there is still considerable damage in some of the mountainous areas. It would be terrifying to live in the mountains during a typhoon. During Morakot an entire village (500 people) was buried and you wouldn't even know that there was a city there now.

I'll stick with the snow!

A few shots from a little diversion I took on my ride home from work.

Very nice work, Matt, particularly the second one.

I'll see your snow and raise you an Aussie summer.

Onya' Mookster! Wish I had a DA15, then I could join you in showing off our Aussie bush.
