Serpiente, nice shot and excellent use of the lens!
Mattb, great scenic and a screaming sunburst too!

Sure, it's about 7 pano frames, each shot twice and layered for noise reduction, so maybe 14 star shots, using a 2.5 minute exposure with the OGPS1at f/5 with the DA15, horizontal orientation. At the end, I shot a longer 11 minute exposure for the foreground since there was no light whatsoever. ISO was close to 1000 I think.
I fed them into PS for the stitching and it did reasonably well. A few contrast tweaks to the MW using PS curves to get it to pop. Probably overdone...after staring at it while editing, one doesn't notice the drastic processing adjustments...until a day later when I was like...oops, too much. Ah well.

Thanks, in my usual fashion, I found myself racing up the coast aimlessly after dark, not knowing to find a coastal access point favorable for shooting the Milky Way. When I did get set up around 10pm, the milky didn't even rise until midnight and then it was a good ninety degrees to the left of where I was pointed. I packed up and got back in the car to keep looking for a more southerly vista and finally found this beach.
