Quick question. I know the 15 is not WR, but has anyone any experience of using it in rain, or getting it wet? If so, any trouble? I want very much to use it conditions where it is very likely to get splashed. Just wondering...
I would probably use mine in a light drizzle, but wouldn't trust it in much more than that. The lens would probably be fine, but cameras don't do to well if any water gets past the lens.

Very nice, Rondec and Antifreez!

+1 I would not get the 15/body too wet. It's indeed a shame there's no WR options wider than 16mm .....

Clouds

People get lenscoat and similar for large telephoto lenses. I wonder if you can do something like that.

Very early in this thread, someone mentioned the 15mm limited not just handles flare well, it actively encourages taking pics against the sun. I almost agree (forgive the graining in the jpg conversion)

I've only had the DA 15mm for a month or so, and I've been struggling a little with how to use it thus far. Had a few hits, but in general I've found it a little difficult. With practice, though, that's changing! Although this shot should've had a smaller aperture to get the whole thing tack-sharp, I'm still pleased with the result.

PS: Antifreez, that shot is a cracker!
