-15F New Year's Eve fire. My friend makes these fire tanks which are really cool.
We had to keep turning like a rotisserie or you would get too hot and one side and too cold on the other at the same time!

My First contribution to this thread... Acquired this lens just before the holidays, but did not had much time since this weekend to test it out...

A couple of pano merges in Lr6

Not evident to get the snow with good contrast...

Light was rather dull... But should have exposed a bit more (1-2 stops)

It's a 4 horizontal photo stitch, I also cropped a bit to get some height on the picture...

Our County is trying to expand the Rails to Trails program to connect to old roadbed from the Elkin & Alleghany Railroad that never made it up the mountain(1920's) before a US highway made it unnecessary. One of many reconnaissance images to be done over decades to come.
Old Railroad Grade Road/Jones-von Drehle Winery, Wilkes County, NC below the Blue Ridge Escarpment and the brushy view towards Stone Mtn. State Park.
