I like the look of that 15-30 but I can't afford one yet so I may get one of the Rokinon offerings like the 14 or 24 so I have some kind of wide FF option until I can get something fancier.

A technical question about your lovely shot: due to the usual distortion around the edges with the 15 Ltd., how much overlap did you need between the individual shots, and was assembling the panorama more difficult than shooting with a longer lens? Thanks!

Thanks for your kind comment, Robin.

I have attached the originals (as small jpegs) so you can see the overlap, which was quite large. The panorama was created using the automatic panorama importer in Affinity Photo. I have used the same software to create 15 Ltd panoramas with much less overlap without problems and find I don't need to use Huggin unless there are severe perspective problems. Lightroom automatically corrects some distortion when importing the DNG files, so maybe that helps.

Without quick access to beautiful outdoor landscapes, I take advantage of the DA15's close focusing indoors.
