As a buyer you could write conditions in your offer that the vendor clears up rubbish items you do not want. It is probably there because the vendor has been lazy for years. The condition clause would probably result in a domestic, so the vendor will wish he had got rid of it earlier.

Into the storm - a series of shots taken while I was gradually approaching a storm over Koh Samui.

Taken in the old copper mining town of Bisbee, Arizona - the buildings on main street are over 100 years old. This building houses the post office on the first floor, and the city library on the two upper floors. The fireplug saved this building from a disastrous fire in 1908. The building still serves its original purposes today. I kept the perspective distortion instead of modifying it in post to draw more attention to the fireplug. Conversion to sepia to give an old-time flavor, and color extraction for the plug.

Haha, I'd rather argue them down a few thousand on the price of the lot, and remove it for scrap $$$.

It was an amazing, interesting lot, but not quite what we're looking for.
