Thanks and be careful of what you ask for

Hanging tough is also what I'm telling myself about this crazy winter...

Vivtar 75-205/3.8 & K01
I don't know why I can't get mine razor sharp like you guys do. Maybe because they are handheld? It was either fully wide open or maybe 2 stops down @ 1/320 sec, ISO 100, 205mm. Aperture was probably a factor, but I wanted the shallow DOF

Manual Focusing is an art
But it looks like you're getting there, practice makes perfect. Even handheld with Shake Reduction, your Shutter Speed of 1/320 may not have been fast enough OR be careful where you set your SR... this too is a form of art

I do have the 75-205/3.8 mine is a push pull zoom and is called "Macro Focusing Zoom" and it is very sharp throughout the focal length even wide open.

Vivitar-A 19mm f3.8

Here is a lens I have not used in a few months, but it does a nice job. Here it is on digital, but of course it's wide-angle is most impressive on film.

Sunset - Rolla, MO - Nice end to a previously cloudy, misty day.

K100DS, ISO400, f11, 1/90s

Vivitar 75-250 F3.8 -4.5 K mount made by Komine at F8. Lens is somewhat uncommon I think but up to the usual Komine standards.

Raw processed in ACR, contrast and saturation boosted a little. Overcast conditions.

Nice flowers. And the lens sure renders with an old-school look!

thanks rparmar, I like the look, yet it can be clean & neutral when you want it to be.
