I've thought about starting this thread for a few months but never did anything about it. Thanks, Blue!

bigthumbsup Several people had asked me over the past few weeks about the Sigma Club and why it was in the Club Index sticky and it was because at the time oddly enough, there wasn't one!

yeatzee, those mantis shots are just great! I love the first shot in the post above. It almost looks like some kind of alien species....

Great pics guys! I just shot this one a bit ago. It could be a tad sharper, but I shot it hand held when I should have used the tripod. Sigma 70-200mm/2.8 EX APO (non-HSM) w/Canon 500D diopter.

I only have one Sigma currently, the 70-300. It gets a lot of use. This is a Heron from last summer and a skier in the halfpipe from last winter.

Hmm...some contribution from me. These are taken at different focal length, so the zoom is not only for birding only.

Forgot to add it was taken with the Sigma 105mm @ F/5 1/800 ISO 400

I didn't quite have time to change the settings as this was a spur of the moment type of picture, so yes I know the above settings don't make entire sense
