The Sigma 180mm f/3.5 APO EX is one hell of a lens, with a stack of extension tubes you can get really close!

Pentax K5IIs Sigma 180mm f/3.5 APO EX with 47mm worth of extension tubes +Godox AD360 Flash.

Yes, it's a monster, sharp wide open and almost no CA. I got lucky when I found it.

You certainly did! the 180mm f/3.5 APO is a rare lens. Though I will admit I have been eyeing the Laowa 25mm f/2.8 2.5~5X macro - for higher magnifications that lens seems to be the way to go, although it is a rather ungainly lens to work with from the accounts of reviewers. Thankfully I have some high powered studio strobes at my disposal which should make that lens much easier to work with.

Pentax K5IIs Sigma 180mm f/3.5 APO EX with 82mm worth of extension tubes +Godox AD360 Flash and AF160FC ringflash used.

Sigma Pan-Tel 135mm f/2.8 lens

A few months ago I picked up a like new Sigma Pantel 135mm lens. For those that might not be aware of this lens the Pantel goes from f/2.8 to f/22 like most lenses, but then it has an extra jump to f/64 from f/22.

I haven't had a lot of chances to shoot with this since I got it, but here's a few images from this past weekend at the San Antonio zoo. I love the image quality on this lens. Sharp and nice color renditions. and the Bokeh is outrageous.

I need to get used to manual focusing again. I just wish the K-1 had a split prism micro focuser screen.

When I said like new I meant it. original box, and paperwork from 1975. It looks like it just came off a camera store shelf.

My grandson. Love that bokeh
