One from the Sigma 105 Ex Macro
NB: This is an early trial image after my migration from lightroom to Capture One Pro 8.1 (and GIMP 2.8) so I am still trying to figure things out as COP is a bit more complex in the interface than Lightroom which I have been using for the last 4 or so years.

Edit: And another

Same flower variety by the looks of it (though different colour to mine). Yet I look at yours and think I might have missed the mark with my shot.
Yours came out 10X sharper and better colours. I think I ought to take some more time to get the tripod out or get my shutter speed up.

I took that image hand held, at 1/125th f/5.6 ISO 400

Pentax K5IIs - Sigma 15-30mm f/3.5-5.6 @ 22 mm f/8 ISO 80

I cant check my shutter as I am not home at the moment, but either way you must have steady hands to get that kind of sharpness from a 180mm lens focusing that close and only having 125th shutter! Very Impressed

To be honest: 95% of that image is out of focus. The point of critical focus is around the the yellow stamens, they are critically sharp (well, mostly) - the rest of the image is a gradual transition between out of focus areas and in focus areas. With a 180mm lens,it would be practically impossible to get the whole flower in focus in one shot. The reproduction ratio was between of 1:2 and 1:1.5

Here is a 100% crop sans PP:
