I went to the 44th Annual Huff n Puff Hot Air Balloon Festival in Topeka

it was my first efforts to photograph such an event - [ My thanks for the " Breaking Dawn " team for teaching me a little about the activity ]

[ I've been busy for the Zoo taking photos of school kids trying to collect monarch butterflies in the fields near the Kansas Museum of History. the photos go to the zoo and the school and I have agreed not to post any but I have grabbed some shots while doing so ]
