One thing that I have changed with my macro photography is my aversion to using autofocus. The sigma 180mm f/3.5 APO EX has an effective focus limiter and surprisingly fast and accurate AF on the KP.

I bought it online, shipping was free. It is from Secretlab, and it is their Titan model- It is very solidly built, and comfortable. As the name suggests it is well suited to tall people.
