Still, you made the effort and got a nice result. Hopefully you still have a functioning camera. How do you clean the salt spray off your lens, btw?
K-5 II s still works fine , Had to Pull the Grip off the Bottom and clean off the resedue salt between the Grip and camera base , I've already distoyed one Battery Grip being dunk a few times too many and a Da18-135 Lens from Saltwater
Long story.
I clean the camera body and Lens with a Damp cloth and then with a dry clean cloth and some Metho to wipe off any resedue of Salt on metal parts hopefully to stop all the screw and bits of Metal on the camera from Rusting away.in my kit I always also carry a Small Spray bottle of Windex glass cleaner ( don't laught ) and Microfibre Cloth to periodically clean off the salt water and seaspray off the Lee Filters as well. It's a Pain I know. few People Prefer the Blending technique in Photoshop but I don't posses the skills to Blend Multiple exposure into one So I have to use the Square Filters.
