Sorry...I didn't realize how old this thread was until I looked at the date last night. I think the specs.are still pretty much the same.

Not a great deal. My DA16-45 tends to get the colour balance a bit on the cool side for my liking. This is the embedded JPEG from the original RAW :

Just got a K3 and the 17-70mm f/4. Very nice lens, love the colors and contrast from this lens. Only had an overhead light for lighting, did not want to bring strobes from the studio out.

Not great pictures, but taken in the wild while singlehanding a 27' boat. First in no wind but 2nd and 3rd in 20 knot winds. 50-300 Pentax DA.
