A few from a recent trip to my parent's house in Michigan. Thay have a pond with all kinds of stuff to shoot and the DA L 55-300 seemed to perform well for this kind of thing.

I took my new DA 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 ED AL [IF] DC WR out for a test at the Buffalo Bill Days parade in Golden this weekend. I got there relatively late and had to be satisfied being a few people back.

Ah yes. Kings College, often referred to as "queens".

Nice shot, BTW. That interesting looking building on the left is Clare College. Just beyond that is Trinity Hall and then you come to Trinity College, the best of them all

Most of the colleges look quite uninteresting from The Backs. When the colleges were built, the river Cam was more or less a swamp and nobody worried what things would look like from that side. Even the Wren library at Trinity looks like crap from the Backs.
