One Special Night at Old Trafford!

Had the honour and privilege to watch my beloved Manchester United win their last title in 2013 in a most unexpected fashion.

Shot with DAL 55-300 (was actually told i couldn't use it by the stewards before the match, but once it got started, no one seemed to bother)

Warming up

Anders Lingaard and David De Gea

Both DA 50-200 WR on K-01. I like this lens but haven't had enough chances to use it yet, especially during the winter.

Everything's got a bit snowy in Yorkshire over the past week, so I'm mostly out with black and white film in this beast:

Sold off my DA55-300 in order to get the WR version as I sometimes get out in damp conditions. The other day it was cool (just below freezing), clear, and windy. There is a lighthouse I like to look at and on the way home from a trip to the "Big City" (Duluth) I stopped to check it out. The first shot is at 55mm, the second at 260mm and the third is cropped from the second. I'm guessing the distance at about 1/4 mile and the shot is hand held although I was leaning pretty hard against a rock for stability. I'm pretty happy with the lens.

Cross-posted. K-3, 18-135 in rainy Portland. I like the shot, but it was unfortunate the car ended up behind the pedestrian just as I took the shot.
