DA16-45 on K5 last October (apologies if this is a re-post). This bridge is underwater today due to torrential rains/creek flooding.

I've always admired the early Corvettes, with their two-tone paint, whitewalls and chrome. Here's a nice '60 seen at a recent carshow. DA16-45 on K10D:

The lowly DA 55-300 overcomes obstacles

All of which were the fault of the user. We've added insulation film to our double windows. The windows are dirty. It's a miserable day. The K-3 was in GREEN mode. The ISO was 1250. The rest of the excuses don't matter.

This Northern Flicker has been regular this year at the feeder. Last year, for the first time, he made a showing here. These are uncropped, imported to LR with preset for K-3 and DA 55-300, created from DNG. LR Auto develop applied to brighten the images a bit.

Interesting to see the Flicker's use of the tail-wedge-press technique on a feeder! I'm used to seeing them brace themselves against trees using their tails, but I wouldn't have expected that in this instance.

She's a "wader" not a swimmer

Here's the view behind me in that last photo, taken October 2017. Recent heavy rains and creek flooding have washed away the two taller trees in the b/g. DA16-45 on K-5:
