I should try indeed. It's true that in everyday use I don't take accessories with me. I think it's my best zoom lens, with very nice range (most of time at 16 mm !) but with old colour coating treatment

Yes you are right, the position of the sun makes a lot of variations ... (maybe the large front glass)
