HD 55-300 PLM on K3 The photos of the Carolina wren and white breasted nuthatch were flash exposures @ f8, 300mm ISO 500. The male downy woodpecker(middle photo) is available light. 300mm, 1/100th second, f6.3 @ ISO 800.

A tufted titmouse was intrigued by my presence trackside.
HD DA 55-300 WR PLM ED on KP, @ 300mm. 100% crop.

Nice composition! The tufted titmouse is my favorite tiny bird; there's something so cheerful about them.

Had time for only a 30 minute walk in the fog late yesterday afternoon. DA 17-70/4...
