I dunno why some people does not like the FA*200/2.8 ED [IF]. For me is a very fine and ultrasharp lens, which make me ask anyone who does not feel this lens is sharp, if your sample has ever been CLA'd by anyone not official Pentax Service?

Some pics with my FA* 200/2.8 ED [IF]

With K3 full frame

With K3, cropped vertical from horizontal frame

With K20D full frame

With K20D full frame

Just to clear any doubts about how sharp is my FA* 200 / 2.8 ED [IF], here is an exploded detail view of one of the Toucan series pictures (first from previous post).

Look closely at the eye's reflection.... violá! THAT'S ME TAKING THE PICTURE!!!!!

The last time I saw this trick was when watching Ridley Scott's Blade Runner. Nice!

Impressive images; so sharp and so clean! Only bad thing is realizing LBA can strike back when least expected

I've never heard of anyone disliking the FA* 200. It's an incredible lens, but unnecessary for me when I already have the FA* 80-200/2.8.

K10D and FA* 80-200 (at 200mm and f/2.8)

I wasn't close enough to see if I was in the eye's reflection .
