Everyone is making their
CP+ announcements. Pentax has the K-5 Silver and some new rugged P&S cameras.
Canon has revamped their entry-level flashes, updating their analog of the Pentax AF200FG to support wireless TTL slave operation, and adding a new (swivels but doesn't tilt) model that supports 4-channel wireless (including the handy ability to trigger the shutter
from the flash) and which has a constant light for video. And a 2-second recharge time.
C'mon, Pentax. Time for new flash models. The lineup desperately needs it — the mid-range AF360FGZ predates Pentax's digital SLR line! If it weren't for Metz's interesting new lineup (not to mention Sigma and Promaster), our options would be very limited.
