Flash and trigger Question

I was offered a brand new unopened SunPak 728AF Flash but have a quick question. I plan on getting some eb@y triggers to use it off camera but I am not sure what the voltage output is on the flash. The V2s only work with 12v or less and I have a bad feeling this flash may be more than that... anyone know?

Thanks

It isn't listed in the most commonly referenced trigger voltage resource. Doing the test is very easy if you own or have access to a digital multimeter.

I use the RF616 eBay radio trigger and have been using a flash with a trigger voltage of around 200v on it with no problems......so far.

Is it a SunPak Flash that you have or a Vivitar 728AF flash - I can only see reference to a Vivitar with this model number.

The link that Mike Cash left you does list a Vivitar 728AFC at being a little under 6volts but always test it first as there are often great variations within the same flash models

cheers

I didn't have one lying around either. So I went to the local home center and picked one up for about thirty bucks.
