TAKUMAR AF14 Flash, is it the same as PENTAX AF 200S?

Came across this flash while (still) looking for cheap flash alternatives for my DSLR. Never seen one before, so need opinion here

With the guide number of 14, the Takumar AF14 has about the same power as the built-in flash. I think it is more comparable to the Pentax AF160 (actually a bit weaker), not to the AF200S. The AF200S has GN of 20, 0.5 stop more powerful, and has 2 auto settings.

I thought GN20 was one full stop stronger than GN14. Am I missing something?
