Vivitar Flash

Hi Everyone, I don't own any flash before. I am curious if My K-7 will work with Vivitar DF383 Digital TTL Shoe Mount Power Zoom /Swivel /Bounce Auto-Focus Flash for Pentax TTL, Guide Number 45m (147')? I am not sure.
Thanks

Can you define "work with?" I use a Vivitar 285 HV. There are no ttl functions, but the thyristor works just fine, or you can simply test your exposures and adjust accordingly. I have worked a couple of brilliant pro photographers who used this flash instead of something more high-tech. Of course, the Amazon price for the flash you listed does look really nice.
